Private Events

Sazón offers organized events in our restaurant for parties of up to 12 people. We can also accommodate a full restaurant buyout for a party of up to approximately 70 people.

We offer customized menus, experienced servers, extraordinary food, and our very own Chef Fernando Olea’s culinary expertise and flair. There can be nothing more perfectly paired!

We use organic and sustainable products whenever possible. Our menu celebrates the varied and complex flavors of classic dishes from Mexico City, Oaxaca, Michoacán and Puebla. Chef Olea brings these classic dishes to life with modern and New World techniques thereby imprinting his own distinct signature, or Sazón, into each and every dish.

Mini corn tortilla with red or green salsa and chicken

MOLETTE
Crostini topped with spicy beans & melted Asadero cheese

TAQUITO
Hawaiian sun fish mini taco served with
a mango/watermelon salsa

EMPANADITA
Turnover: tinga spicy chicken or
zucchini blossoms & poblano pepper

QUESADILLITA
Corn tortilla potato & chorizo (spicy Mexican sausage)

MINI CREPA
Huitlacoche (corn truffle) crepe

PELLISCADITA
Corn boats filled with, mashed beans, lettuce, tomato,
sour cream and cheese

TOSTADITA
Tuna tartar over a crispy corn tortilla

Mushroom cup Gruyere cheese
